Return Policy


Dragon Touch Returns & Exchanges


Warranty Period


Dragon Touch digital products are covered by a 1-Year Warranty. The warranty doesn't apply to Dragon Touch accessories. 


Returns


You have 7 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and has no manufacturing defect. 

The product needs to be returned with its included accessories and gifts along with the original receipt. 

The product must be returned in the original packaging. 


Exchanges


You are eligible to exchange a product within 14 calendar days of the date you receive the product if one of the following things is true:

1. The product is damaged during shipping and you have proof of the damage from the carrier or transporter;

2. The product significantly doesn't match its description in one or many aspects.

3. The product is defective and the defects are not caused by misuse, improper handling, or force majeure.


Shipping Costs


Dragon Touch will pay for return & exchange shipping costs if your order is eligible for return/exchange.

If your return/exchange request is not approved and you still need to return or exchange a product, you will have to incur the return/exchange shipping fees. The return needs to be sent to our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

Requests within country of purchase


We provide one year limited manufacture warranty for quality issue. Any damage caused or arisen by or from personal disassembling, misuse or force majeure shall not be covered under any kind of warranty. For any return, buyer shall contact us for an authorized return code or RMA. No return will be accepted without authorized return code or RMA.



Requests from outside country of purchase

Under dragontouch.com's return policy, we can get refund to customers within 14 days of receipt. We offer a free replacement within 14 days of receipt and one-year manufacture warranty with handling / repair fee according to different cases. Please note that our free warranty period does not cover the damage due to an accident or customer misuse.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Refund will be processed within 48 hours after receiving the returned package.

Refund arrival varies from different banks.
