Shipping & Processing
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
US Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $15 (orders under $99)
- Free Standard Shipping: $0 (orders $99+)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown on the Cart and Checkout page before you place your order.
The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method. Duties, taxes, or other fees are the responsibilities of the recipient; these fees will be due at the time of delivery. This shipping method typically takes up to 4-7 Days.
For shipping to APOs and FPOs, please use the regular US website. If you would like to ship to other countries not listed above or request express shipping, please call Customer Service at (888) 811-1140 (US) for specific country shipping charges.
Please note: Orders still ship in 1–2 business days.
- If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised on the website, you qualify for free shipping. This offer is valid for orders shipped to addresses in the United States and all US Territories only, not valid for international orders. The free shipping option is not valid for Dragon Touch Outlet stores, wetsuits, surfboards, or with Pro, Team, and Group Sales.
- 2-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawai'i may take three days. Express delivery fees to US Territories are higher than those listed above.
- Next-Day Delivery is available only in the continental US. Next-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawai'i may take an additional 1–2 days.
